Injury Evaluation & Recovery

If the unfortunate occurs and you experience an athletic injury, our trainers walk you through proven assessments including:

 

  • Musculoskeletal screening and testing
  • Medical history review
  • Manual therapy evaluation
  • Coordination and balance tests
  • Imagery and lab diagnostics as needed

Treatment Modalities & Programs

Everyday we use a wide range of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate safe healing, including:

 

  • Emergency and acute injury care including splinting/bracing
  • Taping and kinesiology taping services
  • Ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other therapy modalities
  • Flexibility, mobility and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Sports-specific strength, agility and conditioning plans
  • Return-to-play reconditioning and assessment testing
  • Sports nutrition guidance for optimized performance and recovery
