We have a squat rack, power rack, bumper plates, iron plates, sled, GHD machine, and other Rogue equipment inside the Elite Performance Facility.

Premium Artificial Turf Flooring

With over 30 feet of premium field turf and rubber flooring, athletes train on surfaces that are safe and best replicate the fields on which they play.

We Treat Athletes

Our physical therapists and athletic trainers perform concussion testing and various treatments of athletes in the privacy of our treatment room at Elite Performance.

Training Equipment

We use several tools for plyometric training, including speed ladders, hurdles, boxes, bands & more.
