This is the first and largest scientifically proven program to reduce ACL and major knee injuries in athletes, particularly in female soccer and basketball players. Training includes a warm-up, jump training, speed and agility training, and resistance training. Programs are modified to fit the athlete’s needs.
Dr. Andrew Nielsen PT, DPT will be providing the training and he spent two months working with the creators of the program in Cincinnati, OH. While working with Cincinnati Sports Medicine, Andrew worked firsthand with the Bengals Team Doctor, Dr. Matthew Busam, and his physical therapy staff where he was able to learn the latest research in knee injury prevention. This is Andrew’s passion and he has dedicated his professional career to reducing injuries in athletes and improving their performance on the field.
